the long break in september was good. i took the opportunity to travel back to kuantan, and it has been a while since i spent time with doggie thingamajiky and my parents.

doggie thingamajiky thinks she's human now, and she acts literally more like a human being than a dog. it is even funnier that she thinks she can replace me since she spends more time at home than me. she sleeps on my bed, she chews on my tower, and complains to my mother when she didn't like the weird voices i made to tease her.

hi fiona, i am delighted too!

however, i am still in the midst of wondering of all the photos i posted, why on earth they chose this. if you look closely to it, there are rain beads on the windscreen and a super obvious road tax.

hope the travellers won't be cursing at my photo while they are schmaping for fish market.well well, blame the rainy days  not me!

looking at this photo makes me miss sydney, cold rocks, the super huge fish balls, the ever fresh salmon and trunky more.  can't wait to go back again.

bah, i hope i can continue my sleep.

oh well, it's not that bad after all

things went out of hand a week ago. the expectation and neediness for affection, also the urge to make things right crumbled my defense system. like a total crash.

i was a goner, physically and mentally.

oh well, at least i am alright now.just like a cliche. i guess you have to go through a series of gruesome torments in order to recognise what you nearly missed. can't say i am totally tame with what i have now, at least the situation is getting better.

on another note, i had my appraisal today. the package balls offered me was a good one. i am fairly happy with it, especially with the long holidays i will be having in july. hope that i don't have to sell my soul over the entitlements i settled with. come to think about it, i would actually sell my soul for the benefits i am entitled with.

last year . spring . QVB

will be uploading more photos in my blog. don't really want to turn my whining channel into a pictorial blog, but my free flickr account is hitting its limit for 200 photos.

in another word, only my recent uploaded photos will be displayed and my older photos no longer appears in my photostream. however, i get to know that the old photos uploaded in my blog, yet not showing in the stream, will still work fine here. oh well, at least i can flip through my older entries to look at my masterpieces. i can live with that.

don't ask me to upgrade my flickr account to pro. it costs USD24 per year and i am not even close to a pro to own a pro account. wtf.

some shots on QVB i took last year. you ask if i miss the place, maybe. i think its the people i miss the most.

nevertheless, QVB is a magnificent piece of architecture. can't say it is the most beautiful shopping centre in the world, since i have only been to couple of places thus far. hopefully one day, after i've done wandering around wonderful attractions in the world, i can tell you this.

for once i decided not to contaminate pictures i took with my crappy comments.

too beautiful, that i can't stop myself falling in love again and again with this place.

the rocks puppet cottage

when i was a child, i'd always think that puppets are scary. some of them look so real that i believe they may come alive at night, sneaking underneath your bed looking at you while you are asleep.

i bumped into a puppet shop one day while i was lurking in The Rocks. walking in the small basement shop which boasts over thousands of puppets is akin to breaking into a time capsule. you may see puppets aged more than 150 years old, that's even older than your grandmother.

i like the experience of strolling in the puppet land. i can tell that this place will be a party at night, when all the puppets revive.

yes, i still believe they will come alive at night.

new job, me and hard rocky!

new job has been hectic, but the people i work with are pretty fun and crazy. i think that is the difference when you are working with veterans and a bunch of young people.

well, that is not the best part of the new job. the coolest is it is ooze with testosterone. not that i am desperate, it just feels so pamper to be the rare species among all man. guess you won't hear me complaining about sewing some bitches' effing mouths for the longest time.

also, i travelled in out back forth for events. the coolest was to work in Hard Rock Penang.

not only the hotel is pleasantly situated beside the beach. they have the longest swimming pool in Malaysia. beautiful murals are everywhere. the food was good. their milkshake was even more super duper. and the hotel staff are pretty helpful and friendly too.

me really likey! i feel like i want stay there for the rest of my life.

Hard Rock Penang, please hire me. i can be your pr/marcomm officer/bartender/fill in the blanks as long as i can stay there forever.
